Lars Von Trier

I chose three of Lars Von Trier, one of my favorite film directors, movies: Melancholia —Manderlay — AntiChrist, to make a fictional film festival.
Taking as an axis the dark and distorted language of Von Trier, I printed texts and photographs (such as animals, woods, buildings) and then either scanned them while moving the image or photographed them with a zoom in zoom out effect. The result is an analogue – digital mix of distorted images, that reflects the way this director portrays his visions.

More than anything, there are more images in evil. Evil is based far more on the visual, whereas good has no good images at all.
